Ingredients:
SWEET CARROT CHIPS
3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced at an angle
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
pinch of kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon raw brown sugar
SPICY CARROT CHIPS
3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced at an angle
1/2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
pinch of kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine carrots in bowl with all ingredients. Toss well to coat.
Transfer to the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
