    Mother nature is a pretty powerful fighter. She gives us so many tools to help our bodies stay strong and fight inflammation. We just need to harness them, and this recipe does just that!

    Ingredients

    • 4 celery stalks
    • ½ cucumber
    • 1 cup pineapple
    • ½ green apple
    • ½ cup spinach
    • ½ cup kale
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 small knob ginger
    • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

    Directions

    1. Add all ingredients to vegetable juicer.
    2. Gently stir juice and consume immediately.
