    Ingredients:

    • 1 Large Beetroot
    • 1 Cup Chickpeas
    • 1 ½ Cups Water
    • 3 Tbsp Tahini
    • 1 Tsp Pepper
    • 1 Tsp Salt
    • 1 Garlic Clove
    • 1 Lemon
    • ¼ Cup Olive Oil

    Directions:

    1. Cut the beetroot in squares and roast it.
    2. Boil the Chickpeas in the water until tender.
    3. Add the roasted beetroots into the food processor.
    4. Add 3 Tbsp of Tahini, the salt and the pepper and one garlic clove.
    5. Add the juice of 1 lemon and the olive oil and blend together.
    6. Add the Cooked Chickpeas and blend again.
    7. Enjoy!
