Makes about 12 muffins
Ingredients
2very ripe bananas
3 tbspnut butter
1/2 cupnon dairy milk
1/4 cupneutral oil such as avocado oil
4 cupsalmond flour (or 3 cups regular flour)
1/3 cupmaple syrup (or honey)
1 tbsp+1 tspbaking soda
1/4 cupchocolate chips
1/4 cuppumpkin seeds
1/4 cuppecans
1/2 tspsalt
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a mixer.
The dough should be thick and heavy.
Fill a muffin tin tray with the dough. The muffins will rise during baking.
Bake at 350F for 30 min.
Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
