    • Blended with:
    • 1 Date
    • 1 Tbsp Ghee
    • 10 Raw, Soaked Almonds
    • Pinch of Cinnamon
    • Pinch of Cardamom
    • Pinch of Turmeric
    • Pinch of Black Pepper *optional

    POST WORKOUT TONIC

    • 1 tbsp Alaya Collagen Powder 
    • ½ Tsp Raw Honey
